By accessing or using the Keyper platform (website, app, or related services), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Description of service
Keyper connects customers who need locksmith or key-related services with independent technicians. We facilitate matching, scheduling, tracking, and payment. Technicians are independent contractors; Keyper does not guarantee outcomes and is not liable for the quality or legality of third-party services performed at your location.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the service (e.g., fraud, harassment, false information, or circumventing fees). We may suspend or terminate access for violations and report activity to authorities where appropriate.
Payment and fees
Prices and fees are presented before you confirm a request. You are responsible for paying the agreed amount. For technicians, commission and payout terms are set out in your technician agreement. Refund and dispute resolution follow our published policies and applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keyper and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from technician services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question in the twelve months before the claim.
Disputes and governing law
Disputes arising from these terms or the use of Keyper will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to attempt good-faith resolution with us before pursuing formal dispute resolution.
